Developing Noise-Safe Environments

Creating safe environments for industrial workers and the surrounding community requires continuous monitoring and mitigation measures to keep up with growth changes. We seek to create environments which comply with industry standards and local code. Our solutions are frequently defined by work schedules and equipment maintenance. A combination of absorptive treatments along with effective barriers are often necessary to achieve OSHA standards.

Cascade Hardwoods
Our services have been used to develop both interior and exterior noise control of trimmers, saws and blowers. In addition, we have provided training for plant managers in identifying and mitigating noise issues within their operational areas.

Boeing Everett
We are providing monitoring and mitigation measures towards achieving these goals at the Boeing Plant in Everett, Washington. We are working to ensure that noise exposure levels are limited by the decibel level and duration of exposure during aircraft fabrication and assembl. This requires continuous efforts to evaluate and mitigate noise from various pieces of equipment and processes.

Georgia Pacific - Bellingham, WA
This facility was evaluated for noise levels impacting employees within various spaces. The Control Room for Running Chip Screening, Training Room, and the Shut-Down Pipe Shop were evaluated. Mitigation measures applied to provide an improved working environment.
